The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to Article 26 of the Law "On the Legal Status of the Foreigners and Stateless Persons"

The Bill (Reg. No.2254) supplements the effective Law with a new part, pursuant to which, "foreigners and stateless persons without passports will leave Ukraine by the identity card of a foreigner and a stateless person for return".
